RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Paw Pedic Pet Beds (“Paw Pedic”) does its best to represent all of its products on its website with accurate descriptions and photographs. However the color, look and feel of a product may be slightly different when the customer receives it; for example, each buyer’s computer screen has different resolutions. Also keep in mind that there is no standard sizing for our beds that targets specific breeds of dogs. Even dogs in the same breed will have different measurements, size and weights, therefore, if you have any questions whatsoever about how a product will accommodate your pet, please contact us before purchasing the product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) to us within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, for a product size exchange or store credit ONLY.
Due to industry health regulations and hygiene considerations, returns will be not be accepted unless the product is in its original unopened packaging, unused, unworn, free of hair and/or stains, with all original tags attached and provided it is in the condition in which it was received by you. Items deemed appropriate for return and/or exchange will be given a size exchange or store credit, less any shipping charges incurred by us. In addition, some products may be subject to a restocking fee.
Products not eligible for exchange or return: products that are monogrammed, customized or made to order; seasonal items; and sale/clearance items.
Return Instructions (within the United States):
Please contact us at 800.241.7751 or email us to obtain a return merchandise authorization number and return address 1131 Baker Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted without an authorization number.
Complete a Return Form, which can be found on our website, and include the form with your return as well as your receipt.
Pack item(s) safely and securely in the original packaging and ship to the address provided to you using a traceable and insurable shipping service such as UPS or Fed Ex. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Send the tracking number for the package to us by email at the following email address: email@example.com. This will help us watch for your return and to handle your return appropriately.
We will advise you by email when we receive the product and we will let you know how we plan to process your return request.
We can only ship to a billing address for all international orders. Orders shipped internationally will be marked with the actual value of the order and customs, import and/or duty fees may be assessed by the country to which the product is shipped. The customer will be separately billed by the individual country for these charges and will be solely responsible for payment of such charges.
Refunds will be offered:
Only to the original purchaser;
And only if the pet bed is damaged in shipping from Paw Pedic to the customer, and has not been used.
It is therefore very important that you carefully inspect your pet bed when you receive it, and not allow your pet to use the bed until you have inspected it. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged when you receive it, please follow the “Return Instructions” above.

Paw Pedic Pet Beds (“Paw Pedic”) makes high quality, deluxe inner spring pet beds that offer the same kind of comfort and health benefits found in mattresses used by pet owners. The pet beds are durable and come in a variety of styles to fit any home. The craftsmanship and quality of each Paw Pedic Pet Bed exceeds that of our competitors and allows us to offer the original purchaser a three (3)-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials (other than for the bed’s outside cover) from the purchase date, subject to certain conditions. What this means is that Paw Pedic warrants that our pet beds will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, provided the bed is used only for the purpose for which it was intended.
Paw Pedic, under its limited warranty, will repair or replace any mattress which it determines to be defective due to a manufacturing defect at no cost to the original purchaser, provided the original purchaser notifies Paw Pedic within the warranty period of the defect.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PET BED AS PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE LIMIT OF PAW PEDIC’S LIABILITY FOR A DEFECTIVE PET BED.
Paw Pedic reserves the right to substitute materials or models of comparable quality and does not guarantee that the fabric of the replacement will match the original materials or models.
Instructions for Making Warranty Claim:

Pack item(s) safely and securely and ship to the address provided to you using a traceable and insurable shipping service such as UPS or Fed Ex. Purchaser must pay all shipping charges to and from the Paw Pedic manufacturing facility.
Send the tracking number for the package to us by email at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. This will help us watch for your warranty return and to handle your warranty return appropriately.
We will send you an email advising you when we receive the product and how we plan to process your warranty return.
This limited warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from improper handling of the bed, after it is received by the purchaser;
Normal pet depressions in the mattress;
Damage or claims arising from pet’s chewing through the mattress; or
Mildew due to excessive moisture.
PAW PEDIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR NEGLIGENCE.
NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE EXTENDED TO PERSONS WHO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. ALL WARRANTIES TO SUCH PERSONS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PET BED BASED ON A VALID AND TIMELY WARRANTY CLAIM IS PAW PEDIC’S ONLY OBLIGATION TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
